Scheduling & service

Requesting service through this site or by phone is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we contact you to arrange it. We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows but cannot guarantee exact times, particularly during peak demand or emergencies.

Warranties

Workmanship and equipment warranties, where offered, are described at the time of service and in your service documentation. New-system installations include our labor warranty and are backed by the manufacturer’s parts warranty, which requires product registration. Warranty terms govern in the event of any conflict with general statements on this site.

Financing

Financing, including any 0% APR offers, is provided through third-party lenders on approved credit. Rates, terms, and approval are determined by the lender, not by Bleuwave HVAC.
