HVAC rebates & tax credits in 2026
A new system is more affordable than most Phoenix homeowners think once you stack the savings — federal tax credits, utility rebates, manufacturer promos, and our own discounts. Here's how they fit together.
Four ways to save — and they stack
Most homeowners qualify for more than one of these at the same time. We help you line them up so you capture every dollar you're entitled to.
Federal tax credit (25C)
The federal Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit gives you 30% of the project cost back — up to $2,000 a year for a qualifying heat pump, and up to $600 for a high-efficiency central AC or furnace, plus up to $150 for a home energy audit. The equipment has to meet the efficiency requirements, and the credit runs through 2032.
APS & SRP utility rebates
Both major Valley utilities run HVAC rebate programs (APS and SRP) that put money back in your pocket for installing qualifying high-efficiency equipment and smart thermostats. Amounts change seasonally and by program, so we'll check what's active the day you're ready.
State (IRA) rebate programs
The Inflation Reduction Act funds income-based home-electrification and efficiency rebates that Arizona administers at the state level. Eligibility and funding roll out over time — ask us for the current status and whether your household qualifies.
Manufacturer promotions
The brands we install run seasonal promotions and instant rebates of their own. We keep track of what's live so you never leave a manufacturer discount on the table.
