The desert here is dusty year-round and worse during monsoon season, and reviewers frequently mention how thoroughly our techs deal with the consequences: caked condenser coils, chewed-up filters, and duct systems strained by additions and workshops. Many of those visits are the $129 AC tune-up, which for a rural property is cheap insurance against a July breakdown that leaves you waiting on whoever is willing to make the drive.The other thing New River reviewers value is straight talk. “Reasonable price HVAC Air Handler was cycling on and off, called Bleuwave and they offered to come out same day but instead I opted for next day. Technician Mikie contacted me first thing in the AM and was here on time for the appt. He tested the entire system and was able to narrow it down to the blower motor. Since it’s an older unit, he had to locate the blower motor which he did, and picked it up the next day. The service was competed on time this afternoon and the air is blowing cold! Mikie was very professional and knowledgeable- he did not try upselling me and was able to quickly assess the situation and diagnose the problem. This was my first time using Bleuwave and because of Mikie, would definitely recommend and use them again.”
